Can I just start with, I love this book. Talk about walking the walk. Everything is illustrated with examples. I bring the book around with me to stuff and open to random chapters. Getting my oil changed-read about using charts; dr appointment- read about color usage. I really have gotten a lot out of this book at times when I would otherwise have lost time.
